Welcome to Paradise! Remodeled in 2022, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath (largest in complex 1,036 sf) fabulous unobstructed ocean views unit is on the ground floor, a rare end unit with a neighbor on just one side, even more rare 3 separate patios, with cooling air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans with dimmer lights - we are sure you will enjoy it! With a fully-equipped kitchen, large capacity washer/dryer auto sensor Maytag in the unit, flat-screen TVs in the living room, and primary room to enjoy, you will find total relaxation. The primary room has a California king bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional guests. Sleeps up to 4.
Step out your door and onto the beach within moments to enjoy the warm waters of South Kihei beaches or just walk in the sand watching the sunset. There is a large pool within steps of the condo. Beach and other Equipment for your enjoyment... Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, binoculars for whale watching (when in season), tennis rackets, toddler toys to use on the beach, golf clubs etc...and a cooler for your excursions!

Great place, perfect location, very clean and the VIEW is unbelievable!There is an entire closet full of the items you need to have a great time atthe beach. You can walk to many of the restaurants, shops and activities. The condo was even better than we expected. We would definitelyrecommend this property.

The view is fantastic and you also enjoy the privacy. Check-in was no hassle since the instructions were pretty clear. The room was clean and have everything that we needed to make a good week-long stay. Definitely will come back in future.

This place was BEAUTIFUL. The view from the backyard was amazing.The location is pretty much close to everything especially the beach. Verywalkable and safe. The place is super clean, comfy, and literally hadeverything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.
I had the pleasure to stay here in the first week of August 2024. Let me start off by saying the rental exceeded all expectations. The rental is located on a beautiful property that had clean facilities, easy parking, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and much more. Amy was great to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay and needed everything I needed. The rental was clean, organized and the care package to get us started was more than I expected. The location of the exact unit in the complex is perfect. It backs up with an amazing view of the ocean for the mornings or evenings sitting on the lanai. While we were checking out, I had texted Amy about what we needed to do and she responded promptly and thanked us for staying there. If you ever have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. 10 out of 5 stars. Thanks again for a great stay and having such a great location on Maui, I will definitely be back.
