Upcountry Kula

Found in the Upcountry region of Maui, Kula is a quaint area on the slopes of Haleakala. Located in the central part of the island, Kula is also the center of its culinary resurgence, providing much of the locally grown produce served at Maui's restaurants. Take a drive through the rolling fields of goats and exotic foliage, stop by Kula Farms for a bit of locally made jelly, and watch the sunset over the panoramic view of the island from the Lavender farm, known by locals as 'Poli Poli'. Kula offers the best views in Upcountry Maui, with sweeping views of Maui and the Pacific Ocean.
