The beach views are fantastic and the location is perfectly situated for access to everything Maui has to offer.

Wow! We had the best week at this Sugar Beach condo. The view was amazing. The pictures are very accurate. The location was perfect. It is quiet and away from the busy beaches. The pool and grass area were never too crowded. Every morning the groundskeeper was out there ensuring that the grounds were perfect for the day ahead. We loved snagging some fresh fish in Kihei and grilling it up on the BBQs which are about 15' from the ocean. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended the unit to friends and family. Very clean. We felt at home and we're sad to leave.

AMAZING views! Just as described and pictures are very accurate. Prime location at the front of the condo building looking directly into the beach with easy access to restaurants and the rest of the island. Definitely need to rent a car to get around but so easy. We couldn't believe how good of a view for half the price of a hotel/resort. Amenities were top notch: loved the makeup organizer and jewelry/soap trays that made it easy to unpack and make ourselves at home. Great working AC for the hot afternoons, beautiful in the mornings with the windows open. we would ABSOLUTELY come back and stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Our Condo #409 at Nani Kai Hale was better than we could have imagined for our week stay in Maui. The view was absolutely gorgeous and there was privacy and quiet our whole stay. The beach was truly right out the back doors and walkable on soft sand for miles. The condo was centrally located to all we wanted to see but not surrounded by throngs of tourists or businesses. The outside “yard” and pool area had comfortable lounge chairs and were a good alternative to the beach when the trade winds came in during the afternoons. The bed and furnishings were comfortable and there were even more amenities than listed. We saved so much money and time being able to cook breakfast and lunch in the condo in the well-furnished kitchen and then enjoyed a wide variety of nearby restaurants (or delivery!) for dinner. We could enjoy a lot of adventure during the days and an extremely comfortable home away from home to rest and relax in. We highly recommend this peaceful place.

Beautiful views! Bed is a king and was actually comfy! The bathroom is quite large with mirrored closet doors, aka a full body mirror which most of us ladies appreciate lol! The complex itself was overall was super quiet, clean and easy to park in as well. Great place to stay.

I have stayed at so many Airbnb places where the pictures give an exaggerated version of the view or property. That is not the case here. The balcony overlooking the beach was perfect and so was the apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, even has 2 bathrooms. The instructions seemed a bit unclear at first but as soon as we drove up and found easy parking and an elevator to the 4th floor then a straight forward code to enter we were thrilled. Couldn’t recommend a place more.

Wonderful location and pristine view of the Pacific Ocean, whales and sea turtles. Very comfortable bed l, excellent seating throughout the condo and kitchen was perfect for cooking.

We've stayed numerous times on Sugar Beach and this is easily our favorite. The unit is on the end of the building so the lanai overlooks the grounds/beach/ocean. Great views of what's happening on the beach or in the water. Lots of whales. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, upgraded appliances and very well appointed with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Building and grounds are well maintained. "Contactless" check-in worked well. A minor issue with the parking pass was quickly resolved by the I Go Maui operations manager. Overall, an excellent stay and experience. We will return!

This condo was a great place to relax at on our vacation! The location is away from restaurants/bars for the most part and not on a crowded beach. This makes it the perfect beach getaway while still being within reach of everything you want to see and experience in Maui!

Condo has amazing views and centrally located in Maui. Major kudos to Amy from I Go Maui as she went above and beyond to try and solve a water issue that we experienced. Communication was A+.

Beautiful condo, great location, super clean, and that view! We loved our stay and it was great having the 2nd bathroom. Easy parking and access to all of what Maui has to offer. We would definitely book again!
