This property is just as it looks on line with amazing views that are breathtaking. Sit on the lanai and watch the turtles while listening to the waves hit the shore all day & night. You will want to start each day with a cup of coffee on the lanai and end the day with an adult beverage watching the moon shine across the bay. The location is near a marina and gives you a feel of privacy during your stay. We would highly recommend this unit and would like to return again some day. Overall great experience here

I loved my stay at this condo, it was so beautiful. The view of the ocean right off the deck, listening to the sound of the ocean at night. Seeing the sun glistening on the water in the morning and the stars at night was just breathtaking. There is everything you could possibly need in the condo. The bed in the master bedroom was perfect and comfortable. The kitchen just beautiful and well organized. The showers are large and so nice. It's centrally located on Maui and has easy access to everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Management was very helpful, if you needed anything they responded quickly. I just loved my stay there. Thank you so much it was just wonderful.

Second time we have stayed here. Quiet complex, fantastic views, only 10 minutes to Kihei. Will only stay here when on Maui.

#309 Lauloa is a very secluded condo building, quiet and peaceful, does need walk 10 minutes to the nearest sand beach, but if you have a rental car you can easily stop at a couple of beaches within 15 minutes drive. Perfect ocean front view from your own balcony, we spent day and night at there when it’s sun rise or sunset. Condo inside is very comfortable and clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need for a family cooking; bathrooms has night lights, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. I love how they handle the detailed maintenance to keep the condo in a very clean condition, spotless floor, all plates and silverware are in sets, clean and organized. Love to come again, thank you for hosting !

As others have said, very nicely appointed condo with wonderful views, great location and easy access to island experiences! Lovely, quiet grounds with a beach that is close and convenient! Property managers are responsive and friendly! Very aloha!!

Excellent condo, balcony on the ocean, whales and turtles can be seen from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Very central. Walk to Maalaea harbour and snorkeling boats. Aquarium is a short walk and is top notch and affordable. We loved it !!! Plenty big for two couples. New appliances. Very well stocked.

It was amazing here! The view from the patio and living room and also the main bedroom was beautiful! We loved this place! It was so peaceful and quiet. Clean and had all the comforts of home!

This location has everything from baking pans to mixing bowls to beach equipment, which was a really nice extra! I highly recommend this location. It is close to a lot of attractions and right on the beach.

Just as described. We’ve stayed in Maui a few times now and every location is special. We liked this location due to it being centrally located and quiet with a beautiful beachfront view.

Well appointed condo, great views, central location

From the first day to the last, the condo felt right at home. The ocean side views are amazing, and so beautiful. It’s so peaceful just enjoying the sunset from the balcony. The unit had every amenity that we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and had plenty of parking. On the one side there’s a public sandy beach, and on the other, there is Maalea harbor, where water excursions originate. The location is central to all parts of Maui. It fit my vacation style and I would definitely stay at Lauloa again

My husband and 2 adult children stayed here for 7 nights and your condo was even better than the listing states. Beautiful view! Comfortable beds. Good central Location to many areas on the island. We spent most Mornings on the lanai watching the sea turtles while we drank our coffee! It was also so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the many beaches not too far away. We would stay here again and recommend to others. We loved our time on Maui and were so very sad/sorry to see fires breaking out the day before we left. Our thoughts and prayers have been with the residents of Lahaina and all of Maui.

The unit has exceptional view - overlooking the ocean with views of Haleakala, Molokini Crater and Lanai. The unit was fully equipped kitchen and the host was very thoughtful by providing everything you would need for the beach. Beach is just a short walk. I Go Maui was very responsive and made our stay very comfortable.

We had such a great time at this listing and it was absolutely perfect! You can sit out on the patio and enjoy the serenity of the waves coming in and out. Although the pictures in the listing are accurate, the scenery is almost too pretty for a picture. They provide everything that you need in the kitchen, everything you would need for a beach day and it's relatively close to everything on the island. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! This was a beautiful, clean, and well supplied condo! The beds were comfortable. The showers were awesome, and the view was absolutely gorgeous! We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We even spotted several sea turtles from our balcony! We would definitely recommend booking this beautiful condo!

We had the best vacation! Nothing beats that view from the lanai! The condo felt incredibly spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like laundry and dishwater pods, soap, shampoo, etc. Honestly, everything was just perfect, and none of us wanted to leave! At one point, I had a quick question on something and Amy from I Go Maui was helpful and fast with a response. The whole process from reservation through checkout was very easy and it was convenient to get it all via portal. We would happily stay here again; thanks!

We had an incredible time! Lovely apartment with plenty of space for 3-4: kitchen was incredibly stocked with kitchen basics, the bedrooms were a nice distance apart, and the porch made for excellent sunrise whale-watching. Very clear instructions for check-in and out: just a fantastic experience

Second time staying in this complex and it was wonderful. Lots of whales in the bay. Explored a lot of the island.

The view is nothing short of stunning. We saw breathtaking sunrises and enjoyed the view from the lanai even during fierce trade winds. The turtles came right to the sea wall. Spectacular! Very comfortable place and well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were accessible. Plenty of beach towels and chairs and even coolers with ice packs! Found the board games too late! Next time!

we went for our honeymoon, we had very high expectations and all of them were met or exceeded. To wake up and go to sleep to that view every single night is beyond words. The condo was perfect in every way. Even the pressure in shower was perfect. Thank you!

The condo was very clean. It was nice to have a w/d for wet swimsuits, etc.

We chose this location due to proximity to the Airport and Haleakala Crater as we were there for only a long weekend. It met our needs and was very comfortable and quiet.

Got to experience great surf on this historic weekend of swells. Quiet , peaceful, and no problems.

Lovely, well equipped, high end apartment on the water’s edge. Beautiful views and perfect for watching marine life. Close to the harbor with shops and dining within easy walking distance. We would stay here again for sure.
